Critical systems are built and changed by many hands: developers, AI agents, suppliers, factories. When a buyer, an auditor or a supervisor asks what is inside a system, what changed and who approved it, organisations answer with documents, logs and their own word. A drone buyer cannot check that the software and parts in a unit match the specification. An auditor cannot check that a log was never edited. The outside party has to trust, not verify. EU rules now ask for more: DORA for financial institutions, and from 2027 the Machinery Regulation for machines.

Billions of to-go coffees rely on separate plastic lids, used for minutes but persisting for centuries. Tightening single-use regulations push for change, yet reusable deposit systems struggle with low consumer adoption and high operational friction. The industry remains stuck between unsustainable habits and impractical alternatives.

Logic Layer

Heavy-industry procurement is a time-sensitive race where the first supplier to deliver an accurate quote wins, as equipment downtime costs thousands every hour. However, technical sales teams are bogged down by multimodal data chaos, forced to manually piece together unstructured requests from blurred nameplate photos, old drawings, and messy emails. Highly paid engineers waste over twenty minutes per request on administrative data entry rather than selling. This manual bottleneck causes slow response times, lost deals, and operational friction compounded by a shrinking technical workforce.
